WELCH, W.Va. — Additional charges have been filed against one of three suspects connected to the discovery of a body in the Skygusty area of McDowell County last month.
During an arraignment hearing Monday in McDowell County Magistrate Court, Anna Marie Choudhary, 32, of Lincoln County, was charged with first degree murder and conspiracy in the death of Minnesota resident John Thomas McGuire, whose skeletal remains were found buried in a shallow grave Sept. 24.
Choudhary and Amanda Michelle Naylor McClure, 31, of Chisago City, Minnesota, originally were charged with concealment of a deceased human body. A third suspect, Larry McClure, 55, of Gary, West Virginia, was arrested on an unrelated charge of failing to register as a sex offender. Investigators said McGuire’s remains were located on McClure’s property.
