BECKLEY, W.Va. — The Beckley Police Department is searching for tips on the identity of a man who allegedly tried to steal from the Beckley Plaza Kmart.
The unknown man reportedly tried to shoplift a cart filled with merchandise through a back door of the store on Sunday.
