Beckley Vet Center bringing services to Oak Hill on October 8

OAK HILL – Veterans and their families in the Oak Hill area will have the chance to connect with the Beckley Vet Center this week.

The mobile unit will host its monthly outreach event on Wednesday, October 8, from 10 a.m. to noon in the parking lot of the Oak Hill Church of the Nazarene.

In case of rain, the event will move indoors to the church’s fellowship hall.

The Beckley Vet Center provides confidential, no-cost services for veterans, service members, and their families — including counseling for depression, PTSD, military sexual trauma, and other issues.

Visitors can also enjoy a free BBQ lunch during the event.
